I had been forgetting to check out some UFL highlights and found that Michael Pittman and Marcel Shipp are still hanging on. Not sure if anyone cares but I thought I'd pass it along.

True, but the Redwoods have:

Dennis Green - Head Coach
Martin Bayless - DB's coach(drafted by the Cardinals in 1984)
Robert Griffith - Defensive Assistant Coach
Mike Kruczek - Offensive Coordinator(QB's coach for the Cardinals in '05)

Shane Boyd - QB(Cardinals '06-'07)
Obafemi Ayanbadejo - RB(Cardinals '04-'06)
Chris Cooper - DT(Cardinals '06-'08)

As well as 5 guys who went to college in Arizona.

Of course, the Redwoods are 1-2 right now so Denny might be out of magic. The Vikings were a long time ago.

I am glad both get another chance to succeed. That may be right for Pittman. But I can say when he played for the Bucs, Pittman was very sincere to his fans and was one of the last one signing autographs after the game to leave.
