There have been SO many football players that have cycled through the NFL over the years. Of course names like Joe Montana, Walter Payton, and Dick Butkus are remembered vividly.

But there are others who played the game in the NFL that are not as easy to remember, yet may make you smile, or cry once you "remember" them. You might remember these guys from watching the NFL, playing a video game, or from the news, and for reasons other then football like: getting arrested, being "different", or being a phenom in a video game.

Thought I would start up this thread and see if it sparks some conversation on an otherwise boring day in Cardinals football.

I will start with a few names from the past:

1. Johnny Johnson RB, Cardinals- I read this on a post a few days ago and starting laughing for some unknown reason. I forgot this guy was on the Cardinals at all. He was a decent back.

2. Cap Boso TE, Bears - It seemed like this guy was on the Bears for an eternity. The only thing I remember about the guy was his funny name, and that he was an unstoppable force in Techmo Bowl.

20 Years from now Tom Tupa will be one of these guys. Anytime Tupa's name was brought up in a conversation, usually as a punter, a Cardinals fans is asked "Wasn't he a QB for your team?"
