i realize all will prob play with the exception of pope but I was really hoping that we would stay fairly healthy. Also....does anyone know the status of Alan Branch. I am assuming he's 100% but just lost his backup role outright?

Valid point about the injuries. The ones to Gandy and Fitz concern me the most. But that's the NFL. You have to be both good and lucky, as far as injuries, to have a good season.

Many teams have far more injuries and more serious ones than we have right now.

Alan Branch is being sent a message by being made inactive for the last two games. It worked for JJ Arrington. Maybe it will work for Branch but I doubt it.

Skkorp, I saw Gandy after the game leaving the stadium. He was walking without even so much as a limp. I think he will be fine.

pull up the injury list for the NFL and compare it to the records. There is a pretty good corolation there. A team like the Panthers, which at least when we played them, were the only team to not have a man on the list... versus a team like the Broncos.

Depth is important, as is a good dose of luck.
