Wow, what a tale of two perspectives for this movie. As just a movie with no consideration for the movie's message, purposeful or not, it was pretty good. Sure, it kind of ripped off Midsomar a bit, but who cares. As a movie about mental health, this was absolute trash that horribly misrepresents a lot and has about as unhealthy a series of messages about trauma as possible. I don't even have the energy to get into it.

As a therapist, I wish they would have gotten a real consultant, because the therapy room for a psych ER was offensively dumb. Still, that's not important in the grand scheme of things :)

Thought this was okay, but with a really strong ending.

Go watch Barbarian. Best horror movie of the year.
