The snow is falling again on the University of Minnesota's TCF Bank Stadium as the Minnesota Vikings and their fans prepare for a return to outdoor pro football in the Twin Cities. The Vikings and the Chicago Bears are scheduled to kick off their Monday night game at 7:30 in the open-air Gophers stadium.
