Social media reacts to Alabama quarterback Jalen Milroe's surprising NFL draft selection

After both Tyler Booker and Jihaad Campbell heard their names called Thursday night during the first round of the 2025 NFL draft, all eyes for the Alabama Crimson Tide shifted to quarterback Jalen Milroe on Friday.

Widely regarded as the next Alabama player to be selected entering day two, that in fact did come true Friday night, however it was maybe a bit later than some might've expected as Milroe came off the board at pick No. 92 overall in the third round to the Seattle Seahawks.

Milroe was also the fourth quarterback selected in the 2025 NFL draft behind only Cam Ward, Jaxson Dart, and Tyler Shough, while also going ahead of Colorado's Shedeur Sanders, who enters Saturday still available, as well.

With the selection of Milroe by the Seahawks, it now means that the former Crimson Tide quarterback lands with a few other Alabama players in Seattle, joining the defensive duo of Jarran Reed and Josh Jobe.
