Third photo... Sigh, yeah, that's no photoshop.
LOL
That isn't Ben.
That is some idiot that was going around telling people he was Ben.
Just look at the pic again, and ask yourself how many 6' women you know because the one in the back would have to be 6' if that was Ben.

No that's Ben!
No, it's not.
That pic was debunked the day after it came out.
snopes.com is the gulible's friend.
LOL
Alright, I'm a gamer.
Here's one that was going around on the net following a story about Santanio's 'endowment' (the clean version):

Just to be sure, I checked Snopes. There's nothing on there about Ben except a letter to the NAACP in regards to Michael Vick.
You're right, it's not coming up on snopes.
However, that is not Ben.
There were two players on the superbowl team that were being impersonated.
The other was Jeremy Tuman, who is now a Card.
Tuman's impersonator ripped some woman off for thousands of dollars he convinced her to loan him until he got his roster bonus or something like that.
Claimed he needed the money because of a paternity issue that was known in the press at the time.
He was areested.
The jerk in that photo is another impersonator.
Never arrested, but was known of in the local area.
My mistake, it wasn't a year before: http://ballhype.com/story/the_ben_roethlisberger_impersonator_is_back/
It still had nothing to do with the photo. Here's the guy's picture (I can post links and pictures, what with going over twenty posts without being banned)
