Sad, but probably true. Ian Allen is a joke and Green doesn't seem to want to get Leckey into the lineup. I like Brown and think he can be a good player down the road, but he is not ready mentally to start.

Because Denny Green drafted him and to prove his genius, Denny will start guys whether they deserve it or not...mainly because he chases off any and all competition for their spot or he makes hasty depth chart decisions based on his ego rather than what is good for the team or who proves themselves.

Re: Leckey..........give it up duckfallas. Leckey is not now nor ever will be a OG. What part of "he is too small" doesn't register with you?

Rookie Offensive lineman take the longest to develop. The Cardinals simply are so BAD & so thin on the OL, that they have to play him. Putting a bum next to him doesn't help.

Yeah, isn't it amazing that he doesn't want that million dollar bonus?

I hate this ludicrous argument.

Forget the bonus. Tell me how I am wrong. It isn't a ludicrous argument...everything I said has truth to it.

By and large every early pick Green has made has been thrust into the starting lineup without question.

He chased off Kendall (doesn't matter if he was right or wrong) so Step, a complete unproven commodity, could start as a rookie.

He brought in Ross, a guy with some questions surrounding his ability to block and chased off Shelton...who NEVER played as bad as Ross has.

Arrington was named unquestioned starter before 1st preseason game and 5 games in he was still starter even though Shipp had performed better hands down (I know, I know, Shipp did his against 2nd teamers...but should that really matter when we are talkking about effort and results??).

All of these things were done to satisfy his ego, intentionally or not and all of them have had effects on the team we are seeing on the field.

So roll your eyes all you want...but what I said is true.

Give me a break. You can pump up your conspiracy theories all you want but the most logical reason for the starting of Arington and Brown is that they have higher upsides than Bridges and Shipp. Those upsides may never come to fruition, but to not give potential impact players a shot when you only have proven mediocrity behind them is pretty stupid. But then again, you seem to know exactly what's going on in Denny's head all time so I guess we'll just defer to you as if you're completely unbiased.

I notice you have nothing to say about any of the rest of it because I happen to be right. I could care less if Kendall is here now...it has been two years and I was over it by Game 1 last year but Denny has made choices that, simply put, has put the team where we are now...and it was his toughest Sherriff on the NFL mentality that got us here...which of course is his ego.

Cubbie, feel free to bash Green for signing awful Ross or Griffith or Warner. Bash Green for not being able to improve the offense one iota in his time here. Get on his back for relying on a couple has-beens and a couple never-will-be's to quarterback him to the playoffs. Feel free, I'll join you in that criticism.

But to bash Green for dismantling a terrible offensive line or giving highly touted draft picks a chance to play over mediocre vets is something I caanot agree with.
