TAMPA, Fla. — The stage is set for two No. 1 seeds.

Defending national champion South Carolina women's basketball (34-3) and Texas (35-3) face off in the Final Four on Friday (7 p.m., ESPN), which also happens to be the fourth time this season these two teams have met.

Coach Dawn Staley and the Gamecocks look to stop Vic Shaefer and the Longhorns, a rematch of Jan. 12, Feb. 9 and the SEC tournament championship on March 9. Texas won the matchup in Austin in February, the other two went to South Carolina.

Star sophomore Madison Booker is leading the Longhorns with 16.5 points per game and will go against freshman forward Joyce Edwards, who is South Carolina's leader with 13.

Texas: The Longhorns are led by Madison Booker, a forward who can play a guard position but has other assets as well. Texas is at its best when it works through Booker and point guard Rori Harmon but also utilizes its height in the paint.
