So I've become addicted to these tasty little creations. I like the Peaches & Berries the best. The whole bar only has 90 calories, which works great with my new diet. Well diet sounds so temporary, I'm making some life changes. The total fat isn't bad, only 2 grams, total carbs are 18 grams, and the total sugars are 9 grams. (1 bar = 1 serving.) A little high in the sugars for me, but one of these and a bottle of water fills me up. The only thing in the ingredients that I don't care for is the partially hyrdrogenated oils and corn syrup but they're so far down on the list that it's not a huge concern.
Does anyone else here eat these?
