Sometimes when you are in a certain forum and you see a thread you may like to read you can place your cursor over it and read a portion of that thread in a tiny pop up for 5 or so seconds. I do this often to see if maybe I would like to pop in there and read the rest of it or to see if it interests me.

Well FYI if you do that it also shows whats in spoiler tags. So if its about something you know you dont want to be spoiled for you DONT DO IT!

Yeah, I don't have a great answer for this. I don't see this as a rampant problem, but if you have examples can you post a link?

The problem is that the spoiler tag code is not native to the software. It was put in by someone's request as a plug-in and not supported by vbulletin. So I'm sure this is out there, but not much we can do without hacking the software since the part of the code that displays a forum list of topics and the part of the software that displays the posts within a thread are separate.

I guess the only thing is we could ask members not to post spoilers in the first post of a topic? Dunno.
