Spurs assistant coach Tim Duncan ran sprints with his players at training camp on Wednesday. It was a surprise this summer when Tim Duncan, the San Antonio Spurs franchise player who ended his playing career in 2016, came out of retirement to become an assistant coach for the Spurs. You don't come out of retirement to do something if you're not going to take it seriously, which is exactly what Duncan is doing as training camp begins.
