Tony Parker scored 19 points and the San Antonio Spurs won their 10th in a row with a 116-92 victory over the Cleveland Cavaliers on Saturday night. Off to their best start in franchise history, the Spurs improved their NBA-best record to 11-1 while extending their longest winning streak in nearly three years.
