Many felt they didn't deserve a bid and they're already down big to Louisville and look completely intimidated by the press.
There was a big article today in my paper about both Lopez twins possibly going pro, not just Brook. After this half they may want to reconsider, Padgett and Caracter are killing them.
Agreed. I had questions as to how ready for the Pro game they were, this game solidified that.
Louisville was dreadful the first half of the year but man they've come on strong.
I got Louisville beating A&M next. They looked solid today. Granted, Stanford did nothing to help themselves, but Louisville's been hot and the end of the season and it carried in to this morning's game.

A&M-Louisville should be a heck of a game.
I can agree with that. If Louisville can't contain Law, they'll get smoked.
Um, there were probably five teams in front of West Virginia for that last spot. Regardless, Stanford was not the last team in the field.Yeah, Stanford may have kept WVU out of the tourney. That was a smart choice

Nope, just the worst!
What an embaressment to the Pac-10....
The PAC-10 has 3 teams in the Sweet 16, which is more than the 16-team Big East.
The PAC-10 has nothing to be embarrassed about.
What a rout, the way Robin Lopez walked off the court when he fouled out I would be stunned if he left for the NBA now.
Brook has had a good 2nd half but the game was already over.
No, the Pac-10 has shown they are the deepest conference this year. Yes, Stanford had no business in the tourney (and if Stanford had not been selected, WVU would not have been the replacement).
NIT seeding means nothing - Miss State was a 1 seed as well, they weren't even considered a bubble team
the NIT is a money maker and WVU has a good sized arena and fan base - why not get two games in their gym?
