Well unless Kobe is a DA, he wouldn't be the one to "file charges" therefore it would refer to someone else.

Follow along, please Gee. We might go a little fast and I'll drop names like Faber and Hurlburt or terms like three guys in two nights or an accuser on drugs and pregnant, or a judge barely letting a case go to pre-trial with an 8 page opinion outlining the small amount of evidence or a myriad of other problems.

Or I may just go back to ignoring this stuff as I'm one of the few people on here who read every document from both sides and worried that Kobe might be guilty until the information came out, which got progressively worse for the prosecution. Anyone who thinks otherwise, to me, is either a serious hater, delusional, didn't read the documentation on the case and/or doesn't really care and just likes to talk crap. Or all of the above, most likely.

The worst part of all this is we never got to see the case happen, which would have been a hoot...IMO at least, given that I think he would have been fine.

Did you ever follow anything about the case? I haunted CourtTV message boards during that fiasco and watched it devolve into a bunch of "well, we were wrong" people who first thought him guilty, a bunch of "whew, thank goodness" people like me who thought he might have been guilty until information came out and about 3 trolls who claimed he did it anyway.

As it pertains to anyone on this board, I'm your local expert on the case. And I was fully ready to crucify the guy on the 4th of July that year...

I'm ok w. Amare talking a big game, and 'dissing' the Lakers, but I wish he'd do it a bit more eloquently and interestingly. He's got to be one of the worst interviews in the league, all he ever gives are cliched comments about efforts, its enough to put you to sleep. I wish we had someone on the team w/ a personality like Barkley's (Im sure Ill get killed for this comment due to all the Barkley hate around here), it does make things fun. I loved in 93 how he kept saying the Suns were a team of destiny and that God wanted them to win, it just made the day after a game reading the paper even more enjoyable.
