he tripped walking in and fumbled the ball. Some fan picked it up and walked to his car and drove off. Bean twisted his ankle and is out 4-6 weeks.
the next try out will be for the remaining 30 teams (as Pitt and AZ are out)
Beanie Wells - the next Thomas Jones. Wouldn't that be just the luck of the Cards.
Beanie is much better than Thomas Jones and Garrison Hearst -
Word out of Pittsburgh is Beanie' knee is still bad. They didn't sign him.
Im convinced.. Your on DOPE!
from PFT....
The Cardinals were reportedly "not optimistic" about Beanie's knees before releasing him, and it appears his Steelers physical produced the same result. Plagued by knee woes throughout his career, knee and toe issues cost Wells half of 2012. Wells may need to take a few months to get as healthy as possible before finding a new home.

Darren Urban @Cardschatter
Steelers writer. Says Beanie left Pitt with no deal. RT @gerrydulac: Beanie Wells has BAD wheel, source says.
Apparently the tread was worn down and he couldn't get any traction.
Sooo k9 did we still release Beanie Wells to sign Beanie Wells?
We had the same concerns about Steve Breaston's knee, and our medical staff cleared Beanie to play in the regular season when he was clearly still hurting.
Mendenhall had an Achilles issue last year that limited him all year long.
Isn't it a little early to be doing a victory dance?

Those concerns about Breaston's knee turned out to be true.

He played in 30 out of 32 games for the Chiefs the last two years.
Steve Breaston met with the Cleveland Browns and Pittsburgh Steelers this week, but walked away from both visits without a contract. Now the free-agent wide receiver is reportedly considering knee surgery.
Sources told ESPN's Adam Schefter that Breaston is thinking about undergoing Regenokine treatment in Germany, the same procedure that basketball's Kobe Bryant and baseball's Alex Rodriguez opted for with positive results.
Breaston is hoping to address knee inflammation and early arthritic symptoms, per the report.

He also missed 6 games last year, so I'm not sure where you're getting the 30 out of 32 games played.
So, the Cards didn't want Steve Breaston in 2010 because of a knee injury that would reveal itself three years later? Mmmm... okay.

He didn't start 6 games last year, but he played in them.
I think you're looking at his uniform number. That link says he played in 10 games last year.
And the knee injury affected him a year and a half after he signed with the Chiefs, so I don't think it's too far fetched to believe that the Cards' doctors saw it coming.
