George Steinbrenner died from a heart attack this morning.

Man.,... what a tough week to be a Yankee fan. First we lose Bob Sheppard, now George.
Not enough space on this server for me to speak about George... In short, by far the best owner in all of professional sports... ever. Thank You SOOOO much Mr. Steinbrenner. For all you did. You were driven to win. As a fan of the team you owned, I could never ask for more from the owner. And win you did!

RIP George. Your time with us was very, very well spent!!

Never did much like Steinbrenner but I think a large part of that was jealousy. Not many owners out there that pour the type of money he did into his team. Definitely a sad time for Yankee fans.

The one thing I loved 'Steinbrenner' in was Seinfeld. Larry David sure played him great.
