Wilks already admitted he called for 3 runs
I wouldn't be surprised if Wilts was falling on the sword for his OC.
And if he's not, God help us.
Gold help us anyway.

Considering he said after his hiring his philosophy is ground & pound I take him at his word. It’s maddening when you can’t run well & you keep doing it. The Thesmel game plan doesn’t win big in today’s NFL...it’s a dinosaur offense you have Cam NewtonI wouldn't be surprised if Wilts was falling on the sword for his OC.

You know who this reminds me of?He is an absolute clinic on how not to coach.
In his defense, THESMEL simply wants balance...use the run to protect the qb and open up the passing game...not necessarily ground and pound. At least that's what I've interpreted from his posts.Considering he said after his hiring his philosophy is ground & pound I take him at his word. Based on that game today, we couldn't make enough changes," Koetter said after the Buccaneers' 48-10 loss to the Chicago Bears. "We should fire every person that was on that field today, starting with me. That was horrific.".
Here's what Kotter said after the Bucs loss today... Fire everybody including me!
Imo is still about effectiveness as well because you can’t just keep running it into a pile of 8 bodies for 2 yards & a cloud of dust 40 times! In his defense, THESMEL simply wants balance...use the run to protect the qb and open up the passing game...not necessarily ground and pound. I really think this is not McCoy. It's all making sense it's Wilks. I've watched a lot of McCoy and this is not how he operates.
The overturn was a good call. The ball hit the ground before it was secured. Sucks but it was the right call.Hence the caveat of "somewhat" but yeah I know what you mean. Still it wasn't terrible and there were some bad calls that one flip up in the air was a legit pick.
BTW this confirms that the three straight runs up the middle was Wilks call not McCoy. Wolfley said as much in his post game.
Easy to be stubborn when your way works..
Was talking about offensive play calling. Arians stubbornness on protecting his coaches is what caused some of the fans to sour on his at the endUntil it doesn't. How much did special teams cost us in the end?
I loved Arians and enjoyed what he did for this team. By the end, it was absolutely time for him to go.
Hey, I thought we have scored 37 points. Oh, wait, you mean 20 in one game, not four games?
