Plot Summary: After India's (Wasikowska's) father dies in an auto accident, her Uncle Charlie (Goode), who she never knew existed, comes to live with her and her emotionally unstable mother (Kidman). Very good film for the most part. The ending was a bit underwhelming, but overall well worth seeing. Reminded me of Hitchcock's Shadow of a Doubt, which I later read was an inspiration.

This is directed by Park Chan-wook who directed Oldboy, and it is his first English-language movie.

I could definitely see the Hitchcock influence. Strange film. It's one of those films that I don't know for sure whether I liked it or not.
