We NOW seem to be at the center of many things wrong in the NFL. We are being called the "worst" play-off team EVER.. There is talk of changing the play-off format to prevent teams like the Cardinals from making the play-offs. ...And today over in yahoo sports I read how (3) blown-calls this year changed the play-offs. They cited the Cutler fumbled that cost S.D. the game. The Steelers TD catch against the Ravens, and, drum-roll please, the mis-spotting of the ball late in the Cards/49ers game. IF the 49ers had WON that game they would be tied with us and could win the West Sunday. GOOD GRIEF, CHARLIE BROWN!!! What's next?? Will we get blamed for global warming because we play in Arizona??

So, how do we STOP the madness?? Well, the front office does it's part in the off-season and signs our "core"-players; We sign a couple of "key" Free-agents (ie; Terrell Suggs); We Draft well again and up-grade BOTH lines. In short, we build on the small success we had this year.

The RESULT: We go 11-5 next year and play solid the whole year! ...And go DEEP in the play-offs! Then, the madness will STOP!! Maybe... GO CARDS!!

For a couple days...then we get blown out on the road and its back to the same crap.

Been a long time since we have seen a full 4 quarters of play from the cards, and doing so back to back in the playoffs is not going to happen.

After the Minnesota loss I am doubtful we win our home playoff game.

playoff format will never change. How can you tell a division champion that they cannot make the playoffs?

Divsion winners should make the playoffs. They should expand the playoffs to 8 teams per conference and add and extra round giving the division winners first round byes. This would mitigate the risk of good teams missing the playoffs and be the perfect solution IMO.

No it won't

If you haven't figured out the Cardinals are the whipping post of the NFL.

Per the media:

- The Cardinals have had an easy schedule.

REALLY? They played the AFC East Champs, the NFC East Champs, the NFC South Champs, Vikings (that could be the NFC north champs, Eagles, Cowboys, Redskins, Jets, NE, and Buffalo. Not to mention we are 5-0 in our division, and I don't care what anyone says, an NFL divisional game, is a NFL divisional games. Throw the records out the window.

- The AFC East are a bunch of CONTENDERS!!! How can an 11-5 team miss the playoffs ?

Easy. They played the NFC west, and AFC west. If the media wants to call these the worse divisions in football, then were does that place the AFC east ? They had 8 "easy" games to the Cardinals "six" easy games. Not to mention the Jets also played the friggin Bengals so make that 9 for them.

Yet, we are a disgrace, and the AFC east is a powerhouse.....go figure.

- The Cowboys and Eagles are being robbed of a playoff spot.

Really? Maybe the Cowboys should have beat us, and the friggin RAMS! The Eagles, tell your QB about ties, beat the Bengals, and try not getting your butts kicked in by your own division.

Seriously, I know the team has looked bad in the last 5 weeks, but there is another 10 weeks of the season where the Cardinals have played well.

What has been the achilles heel of the Cardinals this year ? It has been that they don't handle success very well.

WELL WHO KNEW!!!! YOU HAVE TO HAVE SOME SUCCESS TO FIGURE THAT OUT!!!!

The national media likes bandwagons. They were on ours when we were 7-3 and quickly jumped off after we started losing a couple of games. If we win today and win our first round game, we might get a little respect.
