I do think the term "humor" may be something of reach in this case. Reminds me of a couple of lines from a movie:

First man, "You must be joking".

Second man in dead seriousness, "When I'm joking you'll know it, because it will be really, really funny".

Reminds me of today when I told a kid I work with that everyone I work with is a moron accept my roommate. Of course he agreed with me. Stuff like that is real humor.
