The 2024-25 campaign has been nothing short of a fairytale for the Stuart Cramer girls basketball team, navigating its way to the NCHSAA 3A West regional title.

The Storm look to pen a fitting end to their storybook season Friday night, taking on Western Alamance in the 3A state final. Being played at Lawrence Joel Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Winston-Salem, tip-off is at 6:05 p.m.

Stuart Cramer advanced to Friday’s state final with a 62-38 win over North Lincoln. Hadley Womack hit six 3-pointers on her way to a game-high 22 points. Oshauna Holland earned a double-double with 21 points and 14 rebounds, while Lauren Humphrey scored 12 points.

Meanwhile, Western Alamance earned a 64-48 victory over Terry Sanford in the 3A East final. Allie Sykes led the way with 28 points, with Tna Bowers scoring 24.
