Id eat it. I think Id leave the ketchup out and ddo chow chow instead of kraut. Man, I love kraut on a dog though. I was just introduced to chow chow and its spectacular. Id offer it both ways.

They were great. Everybody loved them. They do need mustard on top of them as well IMO, otherwise they're a little dry.
