The Spanish federation's appeal's commission has upheld Luis Suarez's two-game suspension for insulting opponents in a Copa del Rey match. Barcelona says on Tuesday it will take the case to a higher sports tribunal in Spain in hopes of having Suarez back. It plays city rival Espanyol on Wednesday in the round of 16.
