Ndamukong Suh has arrived in Miami and is soon expected to sign a contract with the Dolphins that will make him the highest-paid defensive player in NFL history. In anticipation of sealing the deal Wednesday, the Dolphins released defensive tackle Randy Starks, who had been with the team since 2008, the longest tenure of any position player. Starks started 96 games for Miami but struggled late last season. Suh was a three-time first-team All-Pro defensive tackle with the Detroit Lions.
