... Max Hall throws three TD passes for 352 yards and outplays Brees in every category.

And it is based on what?

I have been on Hall bandwagon just because DA sucks so bad but this is some heavy duty Hall kookaide.

Sooooooo. Did you inject, snort, or smoke your stash today?

Brees laid out his outright frustrations in the post-game press conference today. Lo and behold and just in time, the Cards are up next. Brees is gonna go off. He put 45 on us last postseason. He should at least come close to that if not surpass it altogether....

That said, I'd rather see Hall start so we can know what we need to do going into the offseason. If Hall shows enough, we can roll with him and put a priority on the OL then the D. If Hall shows his ass, we can prioritize a franchise QB. I'd be happy if we split the next 12 games evenly between Hall and Skelton just to show where we are....

I doubt Hall will start, but it won't matter who is at QB if the line can't protect him and the receivers (other than Fitz) can't catch the ball.

Exactly right...The Cards, historically, always seem to provide tonic to frustrated teams...

If the Cardinals put Derek Anderson back in then ........ well I have no idea what the Cardinals are or have been thinking so I guess it doesn't matter at this point.

I predict the Cardinals get embarrassed at home, and HOPEFULLY the stadium is half full by half time.

Its funny some people actually assume Whiz will do the logical thing and start Hall, but we all know that's not the case. I predict Whiz will stick with his boy DA in spite of common sense, I mean shoot why start now some of us thought he was crazy to go with the guy from the get go but what the hell do we know right? The all mighty Whiz sees something in DA that no one else on the planet sees! Who knows at this point I have lost faith in our HC's decision making from cutting Leinart to Beanie not getting in games early or getting the ball enough, to thinking DA is something other than a pile of crap! CKW has clearly lost his mind and will lose this team quickly if something doesn't get changed or fixed!

My thoughts exactly, unless Hall just lights it up.

My prediction last week was a pic of a cheese grater and it proved to be fairly accurate.

I will go with a slightly different pic this time, but sadly with the same results

Oh and your prediction is laughable Drew is going to rip our defense to shreds just like he did in the playoffs last year! He will be the best QB we have seen all season if you think Rivers and Ryan made us look bad just wait....

Should be an interesting game. It would be the classic trap game for NO except that was yesterday against Carolina. They come off a huge demoralizing loss against Atlanta you figure they will be fired up, but hey it's Carolina with a rookie QB and they overlook them. Carolina's defense is better than ours too.

If this team has heart we could see a payback situation like we saw when Carolina beat us or this year Atlanta beat us. Just not clear to me yet what sort of heart this team has.

I expect the game to be closer than yesterday but that's optimistic probably.

The only thing that might keep this game close is if Drew Brees truly does have an injury like some are speculating. If he goes down, then we have a shot. The Saints' backup QB is Chase Daniel, who hasn't played a down in the NFL.

Chase is pretty good at running a spread offense.

I would expect him to have like 8 td's on us, it's the Cardinal backup rule, either a backup QB or RB will have a once in a lifetime career day on us, it's almost universal.

Someone in another thread posted that the Saints could overlook the Cards completely and still it could be a blowout
