A night after fouling out and having counterpart DeMarcus Cousins score a career-high 41, Suns center Marcin Gortat will be matched up with a rested Al Jefferson tonight.
“I think Jefferson is even better,” Gortat said. “I’m 100 percent sure we’re going to do better. I’m going to watch the tape and learn from my mistakes. I’ll be better. I’ve got to be better. We can’t play like that if we want to win. We were lucky nobody else got hot (in Sacramento).”
The defense doesn't look so good, but our ball movement is excellent. There was one play where we whipped the ball around with about 8 passes until we found the guy for the open shot. Good effort tonight, I just don't know if our D will be able to hold off the 4th quarter charge by the Jazz.
Well the bench is answering with very solid D, no need to bring the starters back. Lopez getting blocks. Childress playing touch. And Redd and Telfair providing the points, putting us up by 10! Knowing Gentry, he will leave the bench in until the end if they keep this up.
