Suns @ Bucks, 6:30pm (8:30pm ET)

Game #5 on the current six game road trip. Suns 3-1 so far. Milwaukee is 23-36 (15-14 at home) and has gone 4-6 over the last ten games.

Suns update: Vince Carter will miss the game with "dizziness". Pietrus will start in his place. I would have thought Dudley would start as he usually has big games when starting. Frye will play.

Isn't Vince Carter always dizzy? Why is he missing games now because of it. Well I guess we can watch Pietrus take turn around fadeaway 30 foot 3 pointers lol

I was hoping the Suns would start Dudley at SG instead of Pietrus. Dudley was awesome starting at SG after the trade before Carter arrived.
Do you think Pietrus will get the hook at the 6-minute mark of the 1st and 3rd quarters like Robin, leaving Dudley to play the remaining 18 minutes of the half, each half, without a rest, like Gortat?

If they use Hill, Pietrus and Dudley as a 3-man rotation at SF/SG, with no one getting more than 12 minutes at a time, that'll work. But in that case, Dudley should definitely be the starter over Pietrus.

I'm thinking that the Front Office wants to avoid inserting Jared Dudley into Carter's spot, turning it into a Wally Pipp situation.

I wonder if Childress will see any time tonight.

Well, there will be an actual test for Gortat. His last match against Bogut was really a disaster. Magic had only 8 healthy players and Gortat substituted Howard as a starter. He hadn't any help from his team-mates and was murdered by Bogut. He was fouled out with 10 boards and 2 points. Bogut scored 31 and was unstoppable.

I'm thinking the Suns do not want create a rival situation between Carter and Dudley for the starting SG position because I think Dudley is the better choice to start a SG even when Carter is healthy. I do think Pietrus will get the quick hook unless he is shooting well. If I had my way, I would like to try Dudley and Pietrus as the SGs and move Childress back into the rotation backing up Hill. I know this will not happen in the politics of basketball but I think it would work.

Well it's a good thing Bogut isn't playing tonight :) Neither is that uber-chucker Ilyasova, man I'll miss him. Expect another double double for the the son of Odin.

I`ll tell you - Gortat can play against Bogut great match. He is much more confident than he was in december in Orlando and he is angry because of his performance then. So? I want to see Marcin playing against Bogut right now ;-)
I hope it`s gonna be good game. In Portugal it`s right now 1.15 A.M. so I hope I won`t go sleep to soon;-)

Is it me or does Frye just look really really tired? He had a lot more energy a few days back.

Wow, we get Nash out early, but he never got a chance to pick and roll with our best center. This is ridiculous.
