On Monday the Suns play again, this time against the Heat in Miami.

Game time is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. Arizona time.

There doesn't seem to be any letup as the Suns march towards the end of the season.
After the Miami game there will be sixteen games left.

This may be a win-win game as the Suns own the Miami pick.

Here is the Scott Bordow update.

Suns at Heat

When: 5:30 p.m.

Where: American Airlines Arena, Miami.

TV/radio: FSAZ/KTAR 98.7 FM.

Update: The Suns are on the back end of a back-to-back after Sunday's loss in Atlanta. ... Because it’s a back-to-back, there’s a chance center Tyson Chandler won’t play. Chandler has been battling neck issues and Phoenix may not want to jeopardize his health after he started Sunday against the Hawks. ... Miami currently is the No. 8 seed in the Eastern Conference but it’s only two losses behind the No. 4 seed Washington. ... Former Suns guard Goran Dragic leads the Heat in scoring at 17.4 points per game.

we need the loss more. pick 16 or 12 ain't gonna make that big a difference. Being guaranteed a top 4 pick or possibly pick 8 will.

Honestly, if Miami wins, they get closer to just switching places with Milwaukee, which helps guarantee the Milwaukee pick conveys. So

Whiteside scores the first points of the game... a 2 pointer.

man... Payton is putting up 16/8/8 since the trade? That's pretty damn great. Haven't been able to watch since we got him, but does he feel impactful out there or are those stats misleading?

These are legit stats. It's amazing how he is able to create and get to the rim.

Need to keep it close but lose this one. Helps our draft pick AND move the Milwaukee pick more into the transfer zone.

Just now watching, was listening in the ride home. Sounds like the refs are helping us with this loosing this game. Is as bad as the radio broadcast sounds?

I can't particularly remember being upset with the refs today, so I would guess they haven't been too bad. The team is just playing pretty poorly is why we are losing.

The Suns suck. Heat knows it. Fans know it. Refs know it.

Payton goes to the bench with 4 PFs. He has 9 points, 5 rebounds but only 1 assist.

The sad thing is, even if we lose out we probably still pick at #4. We are cursed.

End of 3rd quarter:

Heat 93 - Suns 76

Suns get a quick 4 points at the end of the quarter with a 2 by Chriss and a put-back by Warren of a missed FT.

Chriss is playing like he could be a player with 9 points and 5 rebounds.
