Frank Vogel says Kevin Durant is still day-to-day but close to returning.

We have, with Allen and KD out, swapped offense for defense imo. Which is why the Knicks game looked a little more balanced on both ends of the floor, most noticeable on the defensive end; rotations and matchups.

Our usual cast of starters:

Booker - almost neutral on both ends
Gordon - favors the offensive side
Allen - favors the offensive side
Durant - favors the offensive side
Nurk - almost neutral

Knicks game Starters:

Booker - almost neutral on both ends
Gordon - favors the offensive side
Okogie - favors defense
KBD - favors defense
Nurk - almost neutral

Allen and KD provide some offensive punch, but showing the defensive side of our depth was fun to see. Was nice to see Little and Metu show their size and strength, as well as their athleticism. With a guys missing, we also got to see Metu and Eubanks on the floor at the same time. I'd like to see Allen and KD get 100, hopefully we can see how the available guys play against the Raptors, they have some quality forwards.

Nassir Little is OUT for personal reasons.

Kevin Durant and Grayson Allen are QUESTIONABLE.

Damn. Little’s been a nice spark plug off the bench recently.

No Durant, Allen or Little is gonna leave us super thin at the 3.

Congratulations to Nassir Little. His first child is a baby girl.

Well, that's a decent reason, anyway.

Will hopefully see a lot more of Metu now. He has looked good when getting minutes. Suns have pretty decent depth, but still can only afford to be so thin when playing better teams on the road.

The Suns have built some chemistry over their seven game winning streak. Let's hope it carries over.

Also, Toronto will be playing the Suns on the second night of back-to-back games. The Raptors play at the Nets tonight. Being the fresher team might help, but it is certainly no guarantee.

The Nets beat the Raptors 115-103 in a game closer than the score would indicate.

I just rewatched that and it's so wild to have the Raptor by himself jumping around with the completely empty NBA arena behind him AND there is a ton of fake crowd noise.

COVID made us do some crazy things.

TORONTO (3TV/CBS 5) -- The Phoenix Suns are looking to keep their win streak alive as they travel to face the Toronto Raptors Wednesday evening. Tip-off is at 5:30 p.m. on 3TV and Arizona’s Family Sports. Tap/click here for all the details on how to watch.

The Suns are coming off a huge win against the Knicks, thanks to a clutch performance by Devin Booker. Booker hit a fadeaway three with 1.7 seconds remaining, sealing the 116-113 victory for Phoenix. However, the Suns are still dealing with injuries to their “Big Three” core. Kevin Durant was ruled out for a second straight game due to a sore right foot, and Bradley Beal remains out with a back injury. Durant’s injury is being evaluated day-to-day.
