The starting lineup for the Suns was Markieff Morris, Tyson Chandler, PJ Tucker, Brandon Knight and Eric Bledsoe.

Every shot the Spurs take is an open shot that comes through ball movement. Every shot the Suns take is a ridiculously contested one.

Knight has been off so far against the likes of Tony Parker and Ray McCollum...

Offense completely out of synch after Bledsoe came out of the game. Defense was bad from the beginning on.

I never thought I would say it but I think the success of our offense relies on Bledsoe quite a bit.

Sonny Weems is also playing well for Suns.

If Mirza cannot score he is a liability on the court.

Weems and Bledsoe backcourt looks a lot better than the Knight and Bledsoe backcourt.

Bledsoe hit Knight on the fast break for a nice 3 on the fast break but overall their chemistry has seemed off for much of pre season.

Warren with a nice steal on Kawhi Leonard.

Warren coming on scoring 8 points. I'm thinking Tucker may have trouble keeping the SF position.

The Suns cannot get off a good shot before halftime. They lead 49-46 over the Spurs.

Eh he can certainly score inside the arch but that's about the only thing he can because overall Warren cannot even keep up with Leonard. Warren has really, really bad lateral quickness, anytime Kawhi moves with the ball, Warren is already behind. I'm not even speaking of guarding him, I'm talking about just keeping up with him in terms of speed/quickness.

As I say that Leonard crosses him over pretty badly and drills it from mid range.

If Warren can't shoot or play defense, I can't imagine him lasting very long in the league, he has to improve at it. Disappointing that it doesn't look like he's improved at it much over the summer.

You do know they've played together in just one other preseason game so far, right?

I'm not just talking about Warren competing with Tucker although Warren will get his points. The Suns may want to get Weems on the court more and I can see him getting some minutes at SF so Booker can play at SG.

I was high on the Suns signing Mirza Teletovic but he might end up like Anthony Tolliver.

Ginobili goes down guarding Tucker and does what he does best.

And your point is? I'm saying their chemistry is terrible right now, I'm not saying it can never improve. And Booker and Weems are both brand new players who have looked better with him as well. And iirc they played together in 6-7 games last season as well before injuries.

Final: Suns 104 Spurs 84.

The game turned a bit sloppy with turnovers but it is always nice to get the win even if it is preseason.

Shall we overreact to this win like we did the Nugget loss?

Nice pre season win by the Suns. Looks like starters for both teams got decent minutes.

Looks like Kieff outplayed LA with

17 points, 6-9 from field, 3-3 on 3pointers, 5 reb and 4 assists in 25 minutes.
Compared to LA's
9 points, 4-10 from field, 0-0 on 3pointers, 6 reb and 2 assists in 29 minutes.

Calm down everyone, its just preseason! :)

Don't worry, a majority of the posts on here are negative regardless of the win, so I don't think overreacting to a win is something to worry about.
And why are Suns fans negative? Because the team is being mismanaged.

We're positive about wanting to see a team that knows how to build for success.

What's wrong with you BC, why aren't you thrilled and jumping up and down considering all our recent success over these past 5 years!

Considering all the championships we have obtained over the years, I've always found it weird and sickening that Suns fans aren't more positive.

Obviously this means Kieff >LMA. Because this is preseason and it's time for the Spurs to panic. So glad we dodged that bullet with LMA.

Not being critical of your post. Just having a little overreacting fun.
