After re-signing with Tennessee at the beginning of April, the Titans terminated his contract on Friday with a non-football injury designation, making him an unrestricted free agent. Tennessee also waived edge Khalid Duke with the same injury designation.
Hardee was signed by the Titans midway through the 2024 campaign to help improve their dismal coverage units and appeared poised to be a core piece in the rebuilding effort being brought forth under new special-teams coordinator John Fassel.
