The Tennessee Titans have released offensive lineman Nicholas Petit-Frere after three disappointing and poor seasons.

Petit-Frere was one of the Titans' third-round picks in 2022, and one of the team's several attempts to fix the revolving door at right tackle that's plagued the roster since Jack Conklin left in free agency in 2020. Petit-Frere started 28 games across three seasons, putting together a solid rookie season in 2022 but regressing over the next two seasons up to the point where in 2024 he was benched several times and allowed a career-high 10 sacks. Petit-Frere also struggled with injuries in 2023 and missed the beginning of that season while serving a suspension for violating the league's gambling policy.

The Titans signed tackle Dan Moore Jr., in the offseason to take over at left tackle, allowing 2024 first-round pick JC Latham to slide over to right tackle and leave Petit-Frere without a job.
