Former New York Giants quarterback Tim Boyle is on the move, signing an undisclosed contract with the Tennessee Titans.
The 30-year-old Boyle originally signed with the Green Bay Packers as a rookie free agent out of Eastern Kentucky following the 2018 NFL draft. He has become a true journeyman in every sense of the word, also making stops with the Detroit Lions, Chicago Bears, New York Jets, Houston Texans, and Miami Dolphins.
Boyle signed to the Giants' practice squad in mid-November of last season and was added to the active roster less than a week later.
Following the release of Daniel Jones and injuries to both Drew Lock and Tommy DeVito, Boyle saw action in one game, completing 12 of his 24 pass attempts (50%) for 123 yards, one touchdown, and one interception.
The Giants lost the game to the Baltimore Ravens, 35-14.
In 23 career games (five starts), the 6-foot-4, 233-pound Boyle has completed 60.5 percent of his passes for 1,210 yards, five touchdowns, and 13 interceptions. He has compiled an overall record of 0-5.
In Tennessee, Boyle joins a quarterback room consisting of Will Levis and Brandon Allen.
