GILBERT, Ariz. (AP) -- Police say former NFL quarterback Donovan McNabb had a blood alcohol level that was more than twice the legal limit when he was arrested on suspicion of DUI in Arizona last month.

Man, he needs help. He is lucky he didn't kill someone on this second one. He rear-ended another vehicle which was stopped at a red light. He should not be driving anywhere for some time, IMHO.
