Houston coach Gary Kubiak collapsed leaving the field at halftime of the Texans' game Sunday night against Indianapolis and was taken by ambulance to a hospital. NBC reported on its game broadcast that defensive coordinator Wade Phillips said Kubiak was taken to the hospital for precautionary measures. The team says the 52-year-old Kubiak was conscious and was with his family as he was taken to the hospital. Phillips took over as coach in the second half.
