Texans running back Arian Foster is set to start against Pittsburgh after sitting out last week's game in New Orleans with a strained left hamstring. Foster, the NFL's leading rusher in 2010, also was inactive for Houston's opener against Indianapolis and had only 10 carries in the second game against Miami.
