As the Texas A&M men's basketball team was upset 94-89 in double overtime against the Texas Longhorns in the second round of the SEC Tournament, Aggies senior point guard Wade Taylor IV became the tourney's all-time leading scorer.
Taylor's teammate, senior power forward Henry Coleman III, was complimentary of his floor general after the loss.
Texas A&M (22-10) will learn its fate for the NCAA Tournament on Selection Sunday, March 16, at 5 p.m. CT. The first round begins Thursday.

"That's how we want to go about our offense. We want to go to the free throw line and get makes. We want to continue to attack downhill and get to the line," Taylor said Thursday. "We've had a lot of great memories here. We've been blessed to have success here. I'm just thankful to be here. I'm thankful for my coaches and teammates for making this possible."
Taylor's teammate, senior power forward Henry Coleman III, was complimentary of his floor general after the loss.
"He has a super high basketball IQ," Coleman said of Taylor. "He watches a ton of film and studies everything. I'm not shocked at all with his performance."
