Texas PG Balbay tears ACL, season over (AP)

Texas point guard Dogus Balbay will miss the rest of the season with a torn ACL in his left knee. Longhorns athletic trainer Eric Fry announced the loss on Monday. An MRI was performed after Balbay was injured during Saturday's victory at Texas Tech. Balbay played in all 27 games and made 22 starts.
