The Texas Tech baseball team, fresh off a three-game sweep at Houston to start Big 12 play, starts the home portion of its conference schedule Friday night with a series against TCU.
Tech (6-11, 3-0 in the Big 12) and TCU (15-6, 1-2) square off at 6:30 p.m. Friday, 2 p.m. Saturday and 1 p.m. Sunday at Dan Law Field/Rip Griffin Park. TCU opened conference play at home last weekend by dropping two of three against Big 12 newcomer Arizona State.
TCU has won seven of the past 10 games against Tech dating to the 2021 Big 12 tournament, but most of the players from both teams who played in most of those games are gone.
