Thanks for leading me, the Cards & other fans on the greatest journey as a fan the Cards have known in the 2008 season!!! You were oooooh sooooo close to being a living legend in the eyes of Big Red fans. Also kudos for the greatest single game I've ever seen in the 2009 WC game against the Pack.

We all knew that the Kevin Kolb move would either get you another contract or get you fired & the later it did. I think you're a class act & know you will once again rise & again lead another organization as an NFL HC. Good luck & again thanks for your service

Thanks Whiz

I personally think that the coaching change is a mistake (though I know I'm in the minority).

I very much wanted us to develop the long-term Steelers coaching philosophy. The Steelers endured some down years with Cowher, only to be rewarded with some great years thereafter.

Whatever the case, thank you Whiz for some spectacular years and the reinvigoration of our football team. I sincerely hope that we do not look back at you fondly like Don Coryell because your departure augurs even worse times.

Great post. Ken Whiz gave me the greatest year I could have ever dreamed of, minus winning the big dance.

Thanks for the memories. I'll never forget the 2009 Super Bowl run. Best wishes in your next job, hopefully in the AFC. :newcards:

Yep - agree it was time for a change, but thankful for the positive changes Whiz made to the Cards during his tenure. Best of luck in his future endeavors.

Even though I thought it was time to move on as well, i too would like to thank Wiz for a magical run to the Super Bowl and an incredible playoff game against the Packers. Those were great times, but the fact that they couldn't be sustained in any way shape or form three years later meant it was time to part way. I wish him nothing but luck in the future.

I spent close to $10,000 that year following the cards to two regular season games and every playoff game including the super bowl. And I still say it was the best 10 grand I ever spent. Thanks Ken and good luck to you in the future.

We as Cards fans owe Whiz a ton. He made us relevant for once and I will be forever grateful for SB 43. Even though we lost, I have such fond memories of that playoff run as well as the exciting 51-45 playoff win over Green Bay.

Thanks Whiz!!!

January 2009 was one of the best months of my life probably only behind my wedding and three week honeymoon in the Caribbean. Thanks Whiz.
