First off, thanks to all for starting the new Finance Forum, I hope that it becomes a good source for information and we find it to be a good forum for exchanging investment ideas and strategies.

My question is: I was going to start a new thread and can't seem to find the "Start New Tread" button. Am I not looking in the right place?

Anyway, if some one could let me know, and/or look into this, I would certainly appreciate it.
