I believe that Tom Guggliota has to be the worst thing that has happened to the Suns franchise. There is a long list of all the terrible things he has set in motion.

I think Penny was far and away the worst. There was SOOO much anticipation when he was signed to pair up with Jason Kidd.

Next to John Paxson's final shot in 93 and losing the damn coin flip, the Penny signing was definitely the worst thing to happen to this franchise.

The last 10 years should be a 'do over'

Even tho Googs is a nice guy, and it
was not his fault, I do believe he WAS
a killer for this franchise. Penny, even
tho was not what he used to be, he
did play, and we didn't have to give
up 2 first rounders and a 2nd rounder
to get rid of him.
Googs, in my mind, set this
franchise back, and will continue
to set us back. I cannot believe we
live with his salary for all these years,
and right when it is done, we give up
so much to get rid of him... if you gotta
give up that much to get rid of someone,
he is killing us. I've always stuck with
the Colangelos, but to do this just so
they can save some money, is a scary
indication. If that is your philosophy,
in a league with Paul Allen's and
Mark Cubans, and the Knicks who are
way over the cap but still spend..
we are in real trouble. I hope fans stop going to the games, because
Jerry needs to realize that enough is
enough, and the fans, or lack of
fans in the seats, will cost him money
too. And some fans may never come
back. I've always been positive with
the Suns, no matter what... but this
quite frankly disgusts me....

Well you know Jerry had his hand in this..
