Ellington with 15 touches. 11 rushes 5.0 ypc, 2 receptions, and oh ya, no fumbles.

Yep

Not many teams win when 1 to 3 in turnover ratio.

BA's use of Ellington reminds me of the Chiefs' use of Jamaal Charles early in his career. Hopefully, this coaching staff will correct itself and give Ellington the feature back role he deserves.

"We should save him for the playoffs."

Why not give Ryan Williams a shot instead of mendy? We are getting ready to play one of the worst teams in football next week. If he can't dress because of.special teams, sit mendy for a game for the fumble.

I'm almost anybody but Mendy at this point.

We had 3 turnovers today to their 1 turnover. I'm not sure what you are questioning DD.

Our defense didn't get as many turnovers as the Houston defense did, Palmer and Mendy made sure of that. Our defense played better than their's though, that's what I am saying.

Maybe it's me, but I just don't get all the hate on Medy this year. Yes ball security must be a priority and he has had two costly fumbles, but the guy runs hard and gets some tough yards. I'm happy with the run game this year with Mendy, Ellington and Taylor. The Cards got a good team and finally this offense it starting to look good, Mendy included.

Did you watch him turn sideways on that one run when if he kept straight he would have had 3 more yards for a first?

Weird running style.

He ran outside on one play when the hole was right in front of him.

And then of course the ill timed fumble. You just don't do that and expect us to like what he does.

I think Dawg's assessment is right and I also think that BA is the head coach and we have winning record which I did not expect at this time of the season. I cannot point fingers and be sure of anything. I too think Ellington is a great back and a every down back.

Thing is BA can't win the Duke touches argument. Reason being is he won't start giving him 30 touches a game so we won't see Duke hit the rookie and slight of build wall.

Duke is awesome but he isn't AP or Arien Foster. Look at Ray Rice this year, he is already spent from too many touches earlier in his career. Same for MJD who is much thicker than the Duke.

Mending ran hard today and did have some nice runs. Yes the Duke is better but once again he can't handle the full load.

Sorta on the same topic. PP plays D, ST's and some Offensive snaps. Part of me thinks he gets the extra 1/2 inch higher he needed when trying to break up the TD pass to AJ if he doesn't get overused during games.
