Why is it that people that know the least are always the loudest?

I guess now Adrian Gonzalez won't be coming out of protest.

Boo-freakin-hoo!

Now that this is settled, how does one go about getting Fridays Front Row tickets to the homerun derby?

It shouldnt have took Selig this long to respond. Could have nipped it in the bud before all the players started speaking out.

60-70% of Americans agree, another 10-20% are indifferent and the last 10% are the minority but yell the loudest and have the liberal media on their side.
I've always been left of center, but I decide each issue based upon its own merits.

The Bill isn't about Mexican-Americans or any other group of Americans.

it's about ILLEGAL immigrants sneaking across the border or being transported in by criminals along with drugs.

When an under-developed nation invades a developed nation truckload by truckload with its destitude people, criminals, weapons and drugs, the developed nation must react.

It hasn't, for a long time, so one of its states did.

That will prove to be the biggest benefit of the Bill. Waking up the U.S. Congress to start spending our money within our country, instead of halfway around the world..

And all of that has absolutely nothing to do with the MLB All-Star game or its participants -- unless they are in our country illegally.

Not to go PandR here, but I think by the time next July rolls around, there will be at least another 3-5 states who have either enacted a similar law or are in the process of doing so. A lot can change in one year. I wouldnt fret about it just yet.

Who knows...maybe Obama will start enforcing the federal statute by then.

People talk a lot when it's all hypothetical ..... I'm sure by next year they'll have a reason to play if selected from one angle or another

not to mention there are many players from the dominican and elsewhere here right now playing rookie ball, you'll have the AFL kicking up fully after the law goes into effect and i'm sure ozzie guillen and others will still be here bright and early for spring training

it will be fun to watch how many who take part in those events in silence grow a voice as the ASG approaches and they have no chance of making it

That is what dumb people do best. They go for volume over logic.
The sad part is that they don't even realize that shouting and interrupting spotlight their lack of confidence in their own intelligence.
