Can't believe there isn't a post yet about the Golden Globes...

Anyways, I've always enjoyed this awards show, seems like except for a few, all the awards are pretty interesting and big.

I'm so pumped now for the Oscars, because a lot of times, the GG's predict the Oscars somewhat.

Lord of the Rings took every category it was in (I believe), and I couldn't be happier. Jackson got his Director's award and the movie got best picture.

Lost in Translation was a hit, Murray got the best actor in a comedy/musical...and good for him. His speech was hilarious, I love that guy.

There was just a lot of great stuff last night. Sophia Coppola winning for Translation, The Office winning best comedy, and the guy in the Office winning best actor in a comedy...what an upset.

Anyways, any other thoughts on last night? Other than Brittany Murphy is a spaz and Will and Grace never gets the props it deserves?

I dont know that WIll and Grace deserves many props. Its deriative, stereotypical humor, deserving of a good laugh every now and again. And although Im STILL watching it, (probably due more to time slot than to actual fandom) I dont think Ive heard a truly original line in that show since season one. Its the same jokes week after week.
