It does kindof..

Saw this last night.. Pretty good flick, as far as how this one compares to others, I would say it is significantly behind Borat, but ahead of Bruno but a good margin as well..

Has some genuinely funny moments, and some jokes that completely air balled

Funniest line of the movie was not in the trailors which I appriciated.. all in all decent, entertaining, a few big laughs, and a pretty good time..

Looks funny to a point, like SBC and his movies (minus bruno) but I have a hard time getting excited for a movie about a dictator POS who murders his own people. One on end, I am sick and twisted and enjoy stuff similar to this but on the other end I disagree with dictatorship I dont see a way to support it.

Damn angels and demons on my shoulder...

Ill wait for dvd and fall asleep half way through it.

I thought Borat was hilarious, but this was just dumb. I laughed a few times, but it definitely wasn't worth tolerating all the witless jokes.
