It was not a perfect pass but dude had all the room in the world to adjust and make the catch. Then dude is like looking to his right in back of himself confused when most balls thrown are coming forward towards you...like dude, what's up dude... then Fitz fumbles the ball on the next play. While I am sure the pattern called for him to be looking inside-- as soon as Palmer scrambled a bit right, that's when he should have turned outside.

It could also now be where guys who are a bit unsure of themselves, don't want to improvise for fear of Palmer throwing the ball to where the play designed it
