Question of the day Jean Jacques-Taylor: Bottom line: The Cowboys lost confidence in Dan Bailey. They no longer believed he was Mr. Automatic - and that's one reason he didn't attempt many kicks in the preseason. They were trying to give him easy kicks to boost his confidence. They didn't have many easy kicks, so they let Maher take them - and he made them. I don't have a crystal ball, so I have no idea how he'll perform early in the season.
