I somehow missed this film back in the 90s. After the death of Robin Williams I started hearing a lot about it, so I decided to go back and take a look.

Wow, some of the best stuff I've seen from both Williams and Bridges. Pretty emotionally deep film for a comedy.

It's a great movie. I need to watch it again. Haven't seen it since it first came out.

Love this movie.

IMO it may be the best Williams ever did. But it is hard to follow which scares some people away.
This movie is "Deep"...most folks dont want "deep" from a movie

Great movie... not sure I’d list it as a comedy tho.

Definitely not a typical comedy, but it was pretty darn funny. Not laugh out loud funny, but the writing was fantastic and pulled off brilliantly by Williams and Bridges.

Golden Globes are NOT a good gauge on genre fits, just sayin'.
